Q. How long does an order take to dispatch?<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We quote 15-20 working days for an order to be dispatch. If you provide an e-mail address, we will let you know when the order is dispatched and if your order is dispatched with a courier, you will receive an email from the courier too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. What should I do if I would like to return an item for a refund?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 10 days after receiving the goods, provided that the goods are not damaged and we will refund the product price. This refund will not include what you paid to return them to us. Unfortunately we do not refund return postage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once we have received your return it can take up to 72 hours before we process your requested refund or exchange. Please allow this time before contacting us about a return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q. What if I would like an exchange instead of a refund?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements. This can be a different size of the same product, or a different product altogether. Our returns team will do our best to find what you want, but if they are unavailable we will refund you and let you know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you do have a problem with an item you have purchased, you can return them to us via the procedure detailed above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For certain products, pricing for different colors may vary. Once you select the color and size of interest, it will display the price of any specific product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
